1. Processed data categories
- A device-specific, non-reversible identifier (derived from the Android ID via HMAC; the device's actual Android ID is never sent to our servers), platform details, and technical session records.
- Activation and license transaction data.
- The name, portal address, username, and password of the streaming source (Xtream portal or M3U link) the user adds in the app.
- Watch history and favorites list (for syncing across devices).
- Diagnostic information about technical playback issues (codec, resolution, app and OS version); this report never includes the name or address of the content being played.
- The subject and message text of an in-app support request, if one is submitted.
- Reseller operations and management logs.
- Security and audit system logs.
2. Processing purposes
- Creating, activating, and maintaining player licenses.
- Device-profile matching and support operations.
- Keeping the user's streaming source information in sync across their devices.
- Letting watch history and favorites resume across different devices.
- Diagnosing and fixing playback issues.
- Security controls, fraud prevention, and unauthorized access monitoring.
- Compliance with legal obligations.
3. Data sharing
Data is not sold or commercially transferred to third parties, except where required by law, for payment processing, technical infrastructure services, or explicit consent scenarios.
4. Retention period
Data is retained for the period required to provide the service and meet legal obligations. After that period, data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
5. Security measures
Technical and administrative controls include access control, encryption, permission boundaries, and logging. However, absolute security cannot be guaranteed for internet-based transmission.
